Description
This report was prepared within the framework of the procurement contract concluded between Tallinn University of Technology and the Health Insurance Fund. The aim of the work was to examine all aspects of digital health technologies, and as a result, to create a clear and comprehensive framework to unify understandings, analyze potential paths of assessments and provide recommendations for national financing or heading international markets.
